Refund Policy

The Verified Record is a digital product that is delivered as soon as payment clears: your record is marked verified, the badge turns gold and the certificate becomes available. Because of this, every sale is final and we do not give refunds, whether or not you have downloaded the certificate or used the gold badge.

Claiming a record, getting the free badge and going public cost nothing. The checkout stays locked until the badge is found on your own website, so you can see exactly how your record and badge look before you decide to pay. The price is shown at checkout.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law that cannot be excluded by agreement. If you believe you have such a right, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

If you think a payment was taken in error, contact us with the email address you used to buy and the order number from your receipt, and we will look into it. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record.

If your bank or the payment provider reverses a payment, the purchase no longer stands and your record changes to match.

• Your record goes back to an unverified listing, and the Verified date is removed.
• The gold Verified Entrepreneur badge on your website switches to the free Listed on Entruv badge.
• The certificate PDF and PNG stop being available, and your record leaves the verified lists in the registry.
• Your free record stays online as long as the badge stays on your website. You can ask us to remove it as well.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. If a dispute is opened, we may give the payment provider the evidence of your purchase and of what was delivered, such as the order, the verified record and the certificate.
